I've tried calling customer service three times about getting my money that is in credit sent to me. I ordered my medicine online. The first time I went to pick up my order they didn't tell me and gave me 2 of the other medicine I had ordered, and that is why I have credit. The second time I ordered, I am told they do not have it in stock, even though it allowed me to order it and they can not give me cash for my credit. Third time, they over charged me and never used my credit. I will no longer be shopping with Trulieve due to never having my medicine in stock but allowing me to order it, thus spending my time, gas, and money. No one has contacted me back and I need my money back so I can get my medicine elsewhere. This is been going on for about a month now. UPDATE: I was told if I go and pick-up my money, which is in store credit, I can no longer shop at any Trulieve. I guess that's how they tried to make it right. They just lost a loyal customer.
