Trulieve - Dania Beach

Just wondering (re: the review below this one) who in their right mind would think it's okay to take photos inside a dispensary showroom? Can't speak for the treatment otherwise, that's not a good look for Daniel, who I understand is no longer with the company. But the staff yelling at you to put your phone away because you're trying to take photos? That's on you.

On December 6, 2021 I went to the Dania beach location around lunch time to pick up my medicine. I waited almost 45 mins even though I had an express pick up order. Once I went inside the person behind the counter named Daniel Tasitana was rude from the very beginning aside from that he proceeded to tell me I had to pay a balance for a medication I was exchanging for the same product. He took nearly 25 minutes to do a simple exchange of an apricot pen I had purchased the day before. Eventually the manager came out and did the exchange without any additional charges. I then proceeded to tell Daniel that I had been here for almost 25 mins just waiting on him to help. I told to him he was being very rude and unprofessional and he started to scream at me and say it was the other way around and went on and on, when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me, so I took a picture of his ID and at point every employee behind the counter started yelling at me and saying that its illegal to take pictures. I finally got my medicine and ran out of there shaking and crying. I no longer feel safe going there so I'm seriously considering leaving Trulieve all together. I no longer feel safe going to that location.

Dania Truleive is the best location in Broward. Ask for Ricky, Noah, Bianca or AJ. I used to go to the Fort Laud one off 441... staff is friendly, OK wait times... but then I tried Dania one day and they were super fast and super friendly. I was in and out. I order online and now I even check in online when I am a few min away ... I go at least 2-3 times a week on avg and I have never waited more than 5 minutes. The only time I would say avoid is Fri night ... the line is around the bldg. I came back this morning (Sat around noon), was in and out in under 2 min. AVOID DEERFIELD location --- longest wait time -- almost an hour and the app said it was a 6 min wait -- they said the app is never accurate. Well At Dania its faster than what the app says, every time. 10 stars for me.

Spectacular! Product quality (and packaging) are kilos ahead. Team seems to know where they want to go -- and how to get there. The waiting area is well-lit and open. Layout prevents you feeling "crowded," even when it's crowded (not often; not long.) We started with Trulieve at Miami Airport. That was much busier; Dania is a pleasure. Clean, spacious, professional. Inside service areas are more warmly lit, nicely elegant and subdued. Staff seem to know their stuff, yet will readily ask a compatriot for another perspective. Consultations begin at an easy, relaxed pace, with them really just drawing out and listening to what you're saying. When the situation demands, they can really hustle their bustles and move. Last few visits, we were assisted by NOAH, who exemplifies the best of everything I've written here. Best advice: Order online and simply pick up what you already know you'll need. Seems to get you in a TEENIE bit faster, but I could be imagining. It DOES let you use your time more efficiently if you want to explore new strains or delivery modes. I've found no "quick" or "easy" way to travel down the new life-path carved by my spine surgeries and neurologists' discovery of my MS. I believe and know it's all for my good, and I've found Trulieve's products and people to be my best friends as we zig and zag down new slopes to healing!
