When I initially visited the dispensary, the staff member who assisted me was excellent. He spent a considerable amount of time helping me select quality products, including a vape cartridge. However, upon returning home and attempting to use the vape, I discovered the cartridge was defective. The top was not securely fastened, causing some product to leak, and the vape did not work when attached to the battery.
I returned to the dispensary after midnight, only to encounter a different shift of employees, including Kasha and, I believe, an individual named Fred (a heavyset African American male). Unfortunately, Fred's customer service was far from satisfactory. He was dismissive, condescending, and initially refused to exchange the defective cartridge because it was damaged—despite my explanation that it arrived that way. His reluctance to assist further led me to struggle to remove the leaking cartridge from the battery, which I ultimately had to do with my teeth.
Although Fred eventually processed the exchange, he refused to allow me to test the new cartridge to ensure it worked properly. His rudeness and lack of professionalism were disappointing, especially considering the late hour.
If it weren’t for Kasha’s excellent customer service, I would have rated this experience even lower. Her professionalism was a stark contrast to Fred's behavior, which is why I feel compelled to share my experience. I cannot recommend this dispensary to others as long as such poor service is tolerated.
