Colville store has sold me multiple bad carts. They say if you don't keep the package then they won't return. Who keeps the trash and expects a bad purchase. Disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere

I've been going to this dispensary for over 5 years now, and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone that works there is always friendly and welcoming. I love going to see my Dispo people :) Thank you for always making me smile and being so friendly :)

Went to the Kettle Falls store, older short lady was not very welcoming, usually the workers are very nice and helpful. She acted like it was annoying that I was there. I left without buying anything and not sure I'll go back in.

I get my tincture there and they are always good to me helping me find what works for me...

Never really had an issue with their service. Honestly it was quick and easy their prices are not to bad . I like their oils and edibles

They do a great job of keeping the patrons happy. Edibles and joint. It's all there. $85 ounces or $385 oz. They have variety. Enjoying a cold Ray's lemonade tonight. Hanu peanut butter cups are amazing.

One of the worst dispensaries in the state. Owner is some over the top Trump supporter and hates “libtards”. Locals call it the “Trump store” The budtenders are incompetent and can barely tell you what a terpene is and its effects. Only thing the staff knows is that “it gets you high”. Only reason this store is able to make it is because it is the only one in the area. Secret herb in kettle falls and high life in 9 mile falls are owned by the same person. Pick up your herb in Spokane. Its cheaper and you will be supporting a better store than this one. Id give zero stars if it was an option.

Just tried calling to make and order to pick up later. They were pretty rude. Im guessing the women who opens up hasn't had her chill pill yet this morning. Why is there no Harleyquin or GPD. Your menue says you have it. Guess ill take my money elsewhere.

Love the store and the employees. They know their customers and are welcoming to new customers. Be mindful in these strange times to limitations posted due to health regulations. I love that summer hours are back and they have made the menu available. Frequent shoppers should take advantage of rewards program.
